This is a full-time, mid-level position. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and will drive our insurance products’ growth and client acquisition efforts in the Kolkata region.Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in insurance sales and managing sales teams effectively to achieve targets.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales, particularly in the insurance sector. (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends to provide clients with the best solutions. (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent client relationship management skills to maintain and grow client base and partnerships.
- Ability to manage and optimize territory, ensuring effective sales coverage and strategy alignment.
- Experience in using CRM software effectively for tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Proven track record in lead generation strategies that result in measurable business growth.
- Strong business development acumen to identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance product sales in the Kolkata region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives while maintaining budgetary controls.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management for review and decision-making.
Expected salary: Rs.70000 per month
