This is a full-time, mid-level position. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and will drive our insurance products’ growth and client acquisition efforts in the Kolkata region.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in insurance sales and managing sales teams effectively to achieve targets.
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales, particularly in the insurance sector. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends to provide clients with the best solutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills to maintain and grow client base and partnerships.
  • Ability to manage and optimize territory, ensuring effective sales coverage and strategy alignment.
  • Experience in using CRM software effectively for tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Proven track record in lead generation strategies that result in measurable business growth.
  • Strong business development acumen to identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance product sales in the Kolkata region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives while maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management for review and decision-making.

Expected salary: Rs.70000 per month
