The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), a flair for video content creation (especially reels), and a deep understanding of digital trends and audience behavior. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, improving organic reach, and driving engagement across platforms.Key Responsibilities:SEO & Content Optimization*Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.*Optimize website content, blog articles, and landing pages.*Perform regular site audits, track rankings, and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics Search Console Ahref or SEMrush.*Collaborate with developers and content writers to implement SEO best practices.*Social Media & Video Marketing*Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos aligned with current trends.*Plan and execute campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.*Monitor and analyze performance metrics to fine-tune content strategies.*Content & Campaign Management*Create compelling digital content including captions, creatives, blogs, and video scripts.*Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.*Work closely with designers, sales, and product teams to align marketing messages.*Trend Monitoring & Innovatio*Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.*Experiment with new formats and content ideas to maximize reach and engagement.*Communication & Collaboration*Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.*Present campaign performance reports and growth strategies to stakeholders.Key Skills & Requirements:*25 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with strong SEO expertise.*Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Canva Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing tools).*Strong experience in reel/video content creation and editing.*Deep understanding of social media algorithms content formats and user engagement tactics.*Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.*Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.*Client interaction experienceBonus Points:Google Ads or HubSpot certification.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress.Experience in influencer marketing or community building.Send resume to – hr@greatbellhr.comWA – 9446218338
