Job description: Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: SuratSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per monthExperience: 3 to 4 years (preferred in core HR functions)Job Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Director / Senior ManagementJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our company’s HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operations aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesManage employee records, attendance, and leave trackingProcess payroll in coordination with the accounts teamImplement HR policies, procedures, and best practicesEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)Address employee grievances and foster a healthy workplace cultureConduct performance reviews and assist in appraisal processesManage exit formalities and full & final settlementsPlan employee engagement activities and training programsMaintain HRMS and documentation for auditsKey Skills Required:Strong knowledge of HR operations and complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience in payroll processing and HRMSRecruitment expertise for both junior and mid-level rolesProblem-solving and employee relationship managementProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / related fieldHR Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Expected salary: Rs.30000 – 35000 per month
