The ideal candidate will have experience teaching biology, chemistry, and physics across various academic levels. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of teaching experience. The job location covers Thrissur, Palakkad district, Kozhikode, Malappuram, and Kolkata.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven teaching experience of at least 3 to 4 years in a school environment to demonstrate your ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Expertise in teaching biology, chemistry, and physics (Mandatory skill) across different educational standards and curriculum.
• Excellent fluency in English is essential to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to students.
• Demonstrated experience as a science teacher catering to diverse learning needs and adapting methods accordingly.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools to facilitate interactive and dynamic learning experiences.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in science teaching.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver dynamic and engaging science lessons that foster student understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
• Prepare lesson plans that accommodate individual student needs, academic levels, and learning goals.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback to adapt teaching strategies.
• Manage classroom behavior to create an environment conducive to learning and ensure student safety.
• Incorporate hands-on activities and experiments to supplement theoretical learning, promoting practical understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to align teaching methods with educational standards and objectives.
• Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication to discuss student progress and address concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and share best practices.

Expected salary: Rs.360000 per year
