Job description: Transition Planning & StrategyDevelop detailed transition plans, timelines, and resource requirements.Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for the transition.Align transition activities with business goals and service level agreements (SLAs).2. Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, finance, operations) and external partners (vendors, clients).Communicate progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership and sponsors.Manage expectations and obtain necessary approvals.3. Risk & Change ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate transition risks (technical, operational, human).Implement change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimal resistance.Develop contingency plans.4. Team & Resource ManagementLead cross-functional transition teams.Assign roles, manage workloads, and oversee training or knowledge transfer.Ensure all resources (human and technical) are aligned with the transition plan.5. Process Mapping & Knowledge TransferDocument current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) processes.Oversee effective knowledge transfer between outgoing and incoming teams/vendors.Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.6. Operational HandoverValidate readiness of the receiving team or system.Oversee pilot and phased go-live deployments.Ensure smooth handover to operations or managed services teams.7. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack transition milestones and KPIs.Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.Conduct post-transition reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Expected salary: Rs.30000 – 40000 per month
