This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will have expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and communication, with a commitment to driving growth and expanding our client base.Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and communication (Mandatory skill).
 - Experience in cold calling with a strong ability to initiate and maintain effective sales conversations.
 - Demonstrated success in B2B sales, showcasing the ability to understand and target customer needs effectively.
 - Skilled in negotiation, capable of confidently handling objections and closing deals efficiently.
 - Proven track record in new business generation, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
 - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets consistently.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
 - Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients and opportunities.
 - Engage in effective cold calling to establish communication channels with prospective customers.
 - Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
 - Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations to potential clients about the companys solutions.
 - Negotiate contracts with clients to establish advantageous business relationships.
 - Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the companys growth and success.
 
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
