Minimum 10 yrs of experience in Retail Business.Age : Not more than 45 YearsSalary : 18 20 LPA based on the exposure.Job descriptionThe Senior Manager / AGM – Human Resources will lead a team of HR professionals toalign HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness and foster aculture of our philosophy. The incumbent will be responsible to lead, develop and executethe Learning and Development strategies for the Organization. This includes collaboratingwith business leaders, understanding business strategies and steer the Human Resourcesteam in accomplishing business expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to optimize workforce planning.Develop and implement talent management strategies, employee retention and totalrewards program.Develop and implement talent development strategies, succession planning, employeeengagement program.The role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensivelearning and development strategies that align with our business goals and enhanceemployee capabilities across all levels of the organization.Interact with senior leadership to inform strategy development and provide input intolong-term business planning.Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders& business leaders.Oversee the design and implementation of HR programs including performancemanagement, compensation, and benefits.Collaborate closely with senior management to develop HR initiatives that supportsbusiness objectives.Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance programs & initiatives.Change Management, Team Leadership & ComplianceLead, Mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative andinnovative environment and support in HR strategy implementation.Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools andpractices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, surveys, andmetrics and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.Manage and allocate the learning and development budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs without compromising quality.Leadership: Strong ability to establish credibility with business executives, deliveringstrategic solutions that align with business needs.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencingand inspiring at all levels of the organization.Innovation: Ability to introduce and implement innovative HR solutions that enhanceassociate development and performance.Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.Values Alignment: Works in accordance with values, fostering a culture of integrity andexcellence.
