Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for elevators (traction systems, hoisting mechanisms, car frames, etc.)Conduct performance analysis and testing of mechanical componentsPrepare engineering drawings, specifications, and documentationCollaborate with the electrical, R&D, and production teams for product developmentEnsure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1)Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesParticipate in continuous improvement activities and cost-reduction initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field2–3 years of experience in mechanical design or production in elevator or industrial machinery manufacturingProficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)Good understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processesKnowledge of elevator components and standards is a strong advantageStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in elevator manufacturing or service industryFamiliarity with hydraulic and traction elevator systemsKnowledge of quality control tools and methodologies

Expected salary: Rs.300000 – 420000 per year
