The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the procurementprocess—from sourcing and negotiation to purchase order management and delivery tracking.This role demands strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure compliance whilemaintaining effective supplier relationships.Roles & Responsibilities:● Source reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services● Lead price negotiations and contract discussions to ensure cost-effective deals● Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing● Track deliveries to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods● Maintain up-to-date procurement records and documentation● Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with internal and external regulations● Regularly evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements or changes as neededRequirements:● Proven experience in procurement or vendor management● Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills● Proficiency in using procurement software or ERP systems● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills● Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlinesPowered by Webbtree

Expected salary: Rs.200000 – 500000 per year
