- MBA in HR. – 2025 or 2026 pass out
- Strong interest in human resources and a willingness to learn about HR practices in a hospital setting.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ability to provide support during hiring campaigns.
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
- Ability to assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Experience with attendance management systems and the capacity to address related queries.
- Proficiency in preparing compliance documents and ensuring adherence to HR guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to engage with employees and assist in fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage diverse HR tasks effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing applications, and communicating with candidates.
- Support HR staff with onboarding processes, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting introductions.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in the database for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in attendance management by tracking, verifying, and addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Engage with employees through various engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as necessary, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Expected salary: Rs.15000 per month
