The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires the ability to effectively manage patient care in acute situations while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.Qualifications and Skills
- Acute Care Management (Mandatory skill) Ability to handle and oversee patients with acute illness and ensure proper care is administered promptly.
- Patient Assessment (Mandatory skill) Skilled in conducting thorough and efficient patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Mandatory skill) Proficient in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and information retrieval.
- Clinical Decision Making Adept at making quick and accurate clinical decisions under pressure while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Emergency Response Techniques Capable of effectively responding to emergencies using best practice techniques to stabilize patients.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified in BLS, demonstrating the ability to perform lifesaving interventions in case of cardiac emergencies.
- Team Coordination Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
- Patient Communication Excellent communication skills for relaying critical medical information to patients and families clearly and compassionately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to inpatients and outpatients as per the hospital protocols.
- Assess patients health conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with medical specialists for comprehensive care.
- Monitor patients’ progress, document medical information, and adjust treatments based on patient responsiveness.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, providing appropriate emergency care.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and reports through EMR systems.
- Maintain clear communication with other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
- Engage in continuous medical education and training to stay updated with advancements in medical practice and emergency techniques.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.
Expected salary: Rs.60000 per month
